Animal Communication Ring
The Animals Ring was inspired by an Archaic Manuscript published in the late 18th century. Within its pages are Magical Symbols ascribed to Ancient Egyptian Magicians and Sages.
The "Animals Ring" and the associated "Communication with Animals Talisman" are said to enable the wearer to understand the Language of Animals. It also gains the bearer immunity from any attack of a ferocious beast. It helps enhance Psychic Bonds with Animals and Promotes Understanding of their Body Language.
The Powers of this Magical Ring are strongest when the ring is used in conjunction with the associated Talisman. The history of The Magical Manuscript dates back to the French General Napoleon's military expedition to Egypt: An officer in the army was sent on an excursion to the Pyramids of Egypt. In the shadow of "The Grand Colossus" (The Great Pyramid), the expedition was attacked by a horde of "Arabs of the Desert." In a fierce battle all were slain save the brave officer, who was mortally wounded; All seemed lost when "suddenly a stone rolled back in the Pyramid and a venerable man issued forth." This Sage used Magic to revive the officer and took him within the Great Pyramid where; "there were vast halls and endless galleries, subterranean chambers piled with treasures, apparitions of blazing lamps, Ministering Spirits innumerable..." After gaining the confidence of the Ancient Sage, the officer was made his apprentice and taught "In the powers and wonders of twenty-two Talismanic figures and the rings corresponding."

For packages marked "delivered" by USPS, we trust your cooperation as we are unable to offer refunds under such circumstances.
Lost Packages:

We encourage you to double-check your shipping details before confirming your order as we cannot take responsibility for lost packages. No USPS refund is offered for a lost package.

For deliveries to less secure addresses with USPS, consider 'Signed Confirmation' or switch to UPS to enhance delivery security.
Shipping via UPS:

Our warehouse dispatches UPS shipments around 12 p.m. EST, with orders after 10 a.m. EST scheduled for the next business day.

Input your orders by 8:00 a.m. EST for UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3rd Day Select to ship the same day.

Note that UPS operates Monday through Friday and does not provide weekend delivery.

Delivery through Ground UPS can range from 3 to 7 business days. Street addresses are needed as UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
U.S. & International Packages Not Delivered
If your package has not been delivered by the expected delivery date, please contact us no later than one week past expected delivery date by email: help@13moons.com or by phone: 802-681-7082. Please be sure to include your name, phone number, order number, and the best way to reach you.

First-Class International Shipments typically take 7 to 21 business days; however, delays may occur as USPS does not guarantee delivery within this period.

Specific Country Restrictions:
For customers in Greece, Brazil, and Australia, kindly note the prohibition on shipping knives and similar items due to customs regulations.
Signature Requirements:

A signature from the cardholder may be required if the billing and shipping addresses differ.

We reserve the right to require signatures upon delivery.

UPS and USPS may also request a signature based on the value and destination of the package.
If Packages Cannot Be Delivered:
Should your order be returned due to an incorrect address, unavailability, refusal, or being unclaimed:

You can opt to have the package resent. There will be a reshipping charge plus any return fees by UPS or USPS.

Alternatively, you can cancel the order for a refund. Please note, shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee (including any return fees) will be deducted from your refund.

There are no refunds for international orders that are returned or refused.
