1 ounce of cut and sifted American mandrake root in a resealable bag.

I was able to use this item quite well for healing. I used this type of Mandrake for swelling, muscle pain and headache. It arrived in good condition and I am able to shave or cut pieces from the root. I am very pleased with the quality of this Mandrake.
