Eye of Thoth or Eye of Horus
This symbol is referred to as the Eye of Ra when worn right, the Eye of Horus or Thoth when worn left. Horus was the solar god and avenger of evil, Thoth the god of the moon responsible for magic and knowledge. Because this Udjat pendant is double-sided, it can be worn either way.
Horus, The Sky God whose eyes are known as the sun and moon became associated with the Sun God Ra. The symbols of both are similar and most known and referred to as the right eye representing the sun and called the Eye of Ra; while the left eye represents the moon and is referred to as the Eye of Horus or Thoth.
