Payments Accepted

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Facebook Pay and PayPal, Money Orders, Western Union, Checks and Cash. You can select your payment method at check out.

International Customers Please Note: All transactions are in USD (United States Dollars). 

Check Payment

It takes approximately 14 business days for a check to clear once the check is deposited into our bank which may take 2 days upon us receiving the payment. You may see your check has cleared with your bank, however it takes approximately 14 days for us to securely receive the cleared funds into our account.

For Returned/Bounced Checks, there is a $25.00 Fee.

Western Union, Money Order or Cash Payment

We will ship the order upon receiving payment.

Credit/Debit Card and PayPal

Orders by Credit/Debit Card: Shipping and Billing Addresses must match or be confirmed/authorized.
If you are placing an order to ship to another address, we may call the cardholder for verification. A notice for signature may also be mailed to the card holder's address.

Credit Card Fraud Filling or Fraudulent Chargeback forms are not what any of us at 13 Moons wants to do at any hour of the day. This only takes us away from serving you. So, please, if we call you to verify information on a credit card order, do not be offended, it is for your security.

Credit/Debit Card Declined Transactions

If your transaction is declined, please contact your bank/credit card company for further information.
Do Not Contact Us for Declined Transactions: We do not decline; It is your bank/credit card company which declines the transaction based on: correct address, secure code, and insufficient funds in your account.

Multiple Pending Charges appear on your Credit/Debit Card Statement

If you have attempted the transaction more than once upon having a declined transaction, multiple pending charges may appear on your statement.
We do not charge for declined transactions. Please be aware your issuing bank may hold pending charges from 6 to 14 business days.
Pending Charges are released on declined transactions by 13 Moons at the end of the day.

Shopping Cart

We do not force you to the shopping cart each time you add an item. You can see it added in the Shopping Cart at the top of the page.
Select "Shopping Cart" at the top of the page to see your full cart or make changes.
If you create an account and don't want to purchase right away, please add the item(s) you are interested in to your Wish List.

Privacy

We will never use your information for anything but your transaction.

Newsletter

If you sign up for our newsletter we will not spam you. We email the newsletter at the eight holidays and occasionally if we have something of shopping interest.

Catalog

At this time we do not have a paper catalog.

Wholesale

Sorry, we do not wholesale. However if you would like to purchase in large amount we will try and work with you on discounts. Please feel free to email us at help@13moons.com.


Shipping/Tracking of International Orders

Once international packages leave the US Post Office, we may be unable to track your package until it is through customs.
Additional duties, taxes, charges from customs as well as any item(s) removed by customs is your responsibility as the purchaser. Each year, customs laws and rules change. Different forms are required for us to fill out when they make any changes and we do our best to keep up with the changes to the international shipping rules and laws. It is your responsibility to be aware of item(s) which will be charged duty, the money total limit for charges and if the item(s) are allowed into your country.

Did Not Receive Order Confirmation/Tracking Information/Shipment

Avoid Delays in Receiving Your Order: For ease of checkout, processing and receiving your order: Double Check before Confirming Your Order that you have provided us with an accurate:

  • Email Address
  • Billing Address
  • Day Time Phone Number
