Yule Candle and Stone Set for Ritual Use
The Winter Solstice or Yule is one of the Lesser Wiccan Sabbats, and it is also the shortest day of the year, and hence the longest night. This usually takes place on December 20th or 21st, although it does sometimes occur on the 22nd or 23rd (check your calendar as it changes from year to year). Other than the most common name of Yule, various other names for the Winter Solstice include Yuletide and Midwinter. Yuletide lasts from December 20th through December 31st. It begins on "Mother Night" and ends twelve days later, on "Yule Night", hence the "Twelve Days of Christmas" tradition.
This Sabbat is the festival of rebirth and the return of the Sun. It is the time of year when the Goddess gives birth to the Sun God. The sun begins to wax and the days start to get longer. The Holly King, God of the Waning year, rules from Midsummer to Yule. At Yule he sacrifices his life to the Oak King, God of the Waxing Year, who rules over the light part of the year from Yule to Midsummer. Essentially they are twins who rule over half the year. Both fight for the love of the Goddess and both surrender their life force for the prosperity of the land. This is a time to look inward, a time for sitting by the fireplace and eating comfort foods, a time for family and friends and a time for celebrations.

Keep out of the reach of children and animals. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Trim wick to .25 inch and burn in the appropriate candle holder.

Domestic Shipping with USPS:

USPS Priority Mail typically takes 2 - 3 business days, although the timeframe is not guaranteed by USPS.

Invoice estimates (2 or 3 Day) reflect USPS Priority Mail; this is not expedited service. USPS does not guarantee these estimates.

For packages marked "delivered" by USPS, we trust your cooperation as we are unable to offer refunds under such circumstances.
Lost Packages:

We encourage you to double-check your shipping details before confirming your order as we cannot take responsibility for lost packages. No USPS refund is offered for a lost package.

For deliveries to less secure addresses with USPS, consider 'Signed Confirmation' or switch to UPS to enhance delivery security.
Shipping via UPS:

Our warehouse dispatches UPS shipments around 12 p.m. EST, with orders after 10 a.m. EST scheduled for the next business day.

Input your orders by 8:00 a.m. EST for UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3rd Day Select to ship the same day.

Note that UPS operates Monday through Friday and does not provide weekend delivery.

Delivery through Ground UPS can range from 3 to 7 business days. Street addresses are needed as UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
U.S. & International Packages Not Delivered
If your package has not been delivered by the expected delivery date, please contact us no later than one week past expected delivery date by email: help@13moons.com or by phone: 802-681-7082. Please be sure to include your name, phone number, order number, and the best way to reach you.

International Shipping Timeframes:

First-Class International Shipments typically take 7 to 21 business days; however, delays may occur as USPS does not guarantee delivery within this period.

Specific Country Restrictions:
For customers in Greece, Brazil, and Australia, kindly note the prohibition on shipping knives and similar items due to customs regulations.
Signature Requirements:

A signature from the cardholder may be required if the billing and shipping addresses differ.

We reserve the right to require signatures upon delivery.

UPS and USPS may also request a signature based on the value and destination of the package.
If Packages Cannot Be Delivered:
Should your order be returned due to an incorrect address, unavailability, refusal, or being unclaimed:

You can opt to have the package resent. There will be a reshipping charge plus any return fees by UPS or USPS.

Alternatively, you can cancel the order for a refund. Please note, shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee (including any return fees) will be deducted from your refund.

There are no refunds for international orders that are returned or refused.
