Natural Harvest Besom - Handmade with Natural Wood and Broomcorn
Handmade just for you, this lovely witch's broom is perfect for your home or sacred space. Sustainably harvested Oregon wood is gathered and then expertly crafted into is high-quality broom. Created both to be displayed and used, it is well-balance to hold and easy to hang when not in use.
Please Note: Broom can only ship by UPS. Please do not select USPS. If USPS is selected, we will manually change to UPS.
A broom winder, from an original machine in the 1800s is used to apply the broomcorn to the stick. Then a post Civil War era boom vice sews the broomcorn. From the vice, the brooms go to the "Kick Winder" where plaiting the broom stalks is done. Once the broom is finished, it goes to the "cropper", another 1800s tool, to be trimmed to the desired shape, whether rounded, straight, or angled. Your unique broom will be approximately 36 to 40 inches (91 to 101 cm). Your broom is made with natural wood branches, and crafted individually so will vary slightly from photo. Some brooms may be straight, some may be curvy/crooked.

Warning: Prolonged exposure to sunlight may fade the broomcorn over time.
Please note: If you would like a broom for Halloween/Samhain or a Yule gift, plan ahead - the Autumn months and Yule season are our busiest time for brooms and besoms.

The shipping method (UPS or USPS) is selected based on package weight and destination at the time of dispatch.

A street address must be provided to qualify for free shipping.
Domestic Shipping with USPS:

Orders are dispatched the next business day post-purchase.

USPS Priority Mail typically takes 2 - 3 business days, although the timeframe is not guaranteed by USPS.

Invoice estimates (2 or 3 Day) reflect USPS Priority Mail; this is not expedited service. USPS does not guarantee these estimates.

For packages marked "delivered" by USPS, we trust your cooperation as we are unable to offer refunds under such circumstances.
Lost Packages:

We encourage you to double-check your shipping details before confirming your order as we cannot take responsibility for lost packages. No USPS refund is offered for a lost package.

For deliveries to less secure addresses with USPS, consider 'Signed Confirmation' or switch to UPS to enhance delivery security.
Shipping via UPS:

Our warehouse dispatches UPS shipments around 12 p.m. EST, with orders after 10 a.m. EST scheduled for the next business day.

Input your orders by 8:00 a.m. EST for UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3rd Day Select to ship the same day.

Note that UPS operates Monday through Friday and does not provide weekend delivery.

Delivery through Ground UPS can range from 3 to 7 business days. Street addresses are needed as UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
U.S. & International Packages Not Delivered
If your package has not been delivered by the expected delivery date, please contact us no later than one week past expected delivery date by email: help@13moons.com or by phone: 802-681-7082. Please be sure to include your name, phone number, order number, and the best way to reach you.

International Shipping Timeframes:

First-Class International Shipments typically take 7 to 21 business days; however, delays may occur as USPS does not guarantee delivery within this period.

Priority International Shipments generally take 3 to 10 business days.

Express International Shipments aim to deliver within 3 to 5 business days.
Specific Country Restrictions:
For customers in Greece, Brazil, and Australia, kindly note the prohibition on shipping knives and similar items due to customs regulations.
Signature Requirements:

A signature from the cardholder may be required if the billing and shipping addresses differ.

We reserve the right to require signatures upon delivery.

UPS and USPS may also request a signature based on the value and destination of the package.
If Packages Cannot Be Delivered:
Should your order be returned due to an incorrect address, unavailability, refusal, or being unclaimed:

You can opt to have the package resent. There will be a reshipping charge plus any return fees by UPS or USPS.

Alternatively, you can cancel the order for a refund. Please note, shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee (including any return fees) will be deducted from your refund.

There are no refunds for international orders that are returned or refused.
